The work I’m proudest of is invisible, but if you dial 911 in New York City, you’ll experience it. That’s how my career began: as part of a four-person team rebuilding the city’s 911 system.
After studying biomedical engineering and design at Carnegie Mellon, I have been working at the intersection of infrastructure and imagination ever since. Today, I lead experience design for the United States Postal Service at MRM McCann.
On weekends, I manage my most demanding client, my Great Dane.
